Ancient Soul. New Perspectives. No Short-Cuts.
If you’re tired of "spiritual" retreats that feel like a performance, welcome home. We travel to ancient places not to take photos, but to take part. Through physical movement and honest self-work, we trace the steps of the ancestors to figure out our own next move.
Sojourn is a journey with a purpose. We don’t just visit the specific places—we engage and immerse ourselves with them. We use the energy of these ancient places to fuel high-intensity self-work. Come prepared to sweat, to reflect, and to leave the 'new age' noise behind.
Sojourn of Stone 20.5 - 27.5 (Norway)
Sojourn of Sirens 10.9 - 17.9 (UK)
Sojourn of Mirrors 22.10 - 5.11 (Japan)
You can read about these Sojourns and apply to be put on the waiting list.

There is a version of "inner work" that asks you to look away from the world—to ignore the politics, the debt, the aching joints, and the grit of reality in favor of a "high vibration."
This is not that.
I organize these Sojourns because I believe that true transformation doesn't happen in a sterile studio or a "love and light" bubble. It happens when we are brave enough to stand in the wind, get our hands in the dirt, and look at the ancient parts of the world—and ourselves—with clear eyes. It happens when we dare to meet new places, impressions and people.
Why a Sojourn?
A Sojourn is more than a trip; it’s a deliberate pause with a heavy dose of movement. We visit the world’s oldest places—the jagged cliffs of Cornwall, the granite bones of Norway, and the sacred groves of Japan—because these landscapes don’t ask us to be "perfect." They ask us to be present.
What We Are Not:
We are not spiritually avoidant. We don’t ignore the "real world" or the struggles of modern life. We bring them with us on our journeys and sort through them there.
We are not a "white linen" retreat. There is no performance here. You don’t need the right leggings or a "zen" vocabulary. You just need a pair of sturdy boots and a willingness to be honest.
We are not toxic-positivity/toxic-spirituality. Sometimes life is heavy. Sometimes the "work" is hard. On my Sojourns, we honor the struggle as much as the breakthrough.
Why I Do This:
I do this because I know that physical movement breaks open the places where we’ve become stuck. I do this because I believe that connecting to "old" parts of the earth helps us find the most resilient parts of ourselves.
I’m not here to sell you a miracle. I’m here to guide you through an experience that is active, unpolished, and deeply rooted. Whether we are tracing the Sojourn of Sirens, the Sojourn of Stone, or the Sojourn of Mirrors, we go together—with mud on our boots and truth in our hearts.
The ancient world is waiting. Are you ready to walk?
Small Circle Policy
The Sojourn has a limited number of 8 participants. Because you cannot do deep work in a crowd. To ensure that everyone receives dedicated guidance, safe spaceholding and a seat at the table, we keep the circle small. This isn't a tour bus; it is a shared journey.
Physicality
These are Active Sojourns. We will walk on uneven ground, climbing misty hills and experience the elements. You don't need to be an athlete, but you need a baseline of physical mobility and a willingness to get your boots muddy. If you have concerns about specific physical limitation, please reach out.
Are we a fit?
Is this the right path for you? Before booking is finalized, I have a brief "connection call" with every participant. I do this to ensure that our group dynamic remains safe and grounded.
These Sojourns are likely not for you if you're looking for a pampered spa retreat.
Which theme do you need?
Sirens (UK) - Water/Earth
Stone (Norway) - Earth/Air/Bone
Mirrors (Japan) - Wood/Metal/Fire
The world doesn't need more vacations; it needs more people who are willing to wake up.
In 2026, we began with Sacred Springs & Ancient Earth, using the elements to wash away the noise and find our footing. In 2027, the work deepens. We move from the "rinse" to the "reflection." We trade the comfort of the familiar for the clarity of the wild.
These are not retreats for the "spiritually avoidant." These are active, grounded, and high-facilitation Sojourns for those ready to get their boots muddy and look at their souls in all honesty. Whether it is the Sirens of the UK, the Stone of the Norwegian mountains, or the Mirrors of the Japanese groves—we go to the old places to find what is real. While the journeys are beautiful, they may bring up processes and are therefor a conscious journey to meet ourselves without distractions.
Three Lands. Three Elements. Many Stories.
Sojourn of Sirens (UK): Cold Springs, Hard Rock and the End of Avoidance. A journey of release and mythic reclamation in Cornwall and Avalon. Perfect for those who need water and earth.
Sojourn of Stone (Norway): Ancient Forests & Silent Mountains. A return to the granite core of resilience in the silence of the high mountains. Perfect for those who need earth, air and bone.
Sojourn of Mirrors (Japan): Sacred Groves & Temples. A pilgrimage of precision and clarity among the thousand-year-old trees. Perfect for those who need wood, metal and fire.
The Foundation of our Circle:
Intimate Groups: Max 8 participants to ensure deep, focused facilitation.
Anti-Bypass: We don't ignore the shadow; we walk right through it.
Community Rooted: Dedicated access for our community.
Absolutely not. All we ask for you is to be curious and show up, respect your fellow travelers and be open to the possibilities of the journey you wish to take.
Most people do. You'll leave with community.
We cover breakfast. For other meals, we'll guide you to local spots that fit your needs.
We use ritual and animism as tools, not as an escape from reality. You don't need to believe in anything specific; just willing to engage with the land and your own story.
Absolutely. While our morning work and travel are communal, there will be time for silence and alone time. Reflection requires space. It is encouraged to take the time you need to process what's coming up.
We aren't running marathons, but we are off-pavement. If you can walk for 60-90 minutes on a trail, you'll be fine.
I provide breakfasts to ground us for the day. For lunch and dinner, I want you to have the freedom to follow your own hunger, budget and dietary needs. It keeps the Sojourn fee lower and allows you to explore the local culture at your own pace.
I am there to hold the container. However, the Sojourns are not a replacement for therapy. We do deep work, but we do it with our feet on the ground. If things get heavy, I am there to guide you through the ritual of grounding back to the present.
I'd recommend a talk with your health practitioner to determine wether you're ready to take this journey.
No, you are the guardian of your own story. Silence is also a valid form of participation.
